Maura Murray

Maura Murray disappeared on the evening of February 9, 2004, after her car crashed on Rt. 112 in Haverhill, New Hampshire. She was driving a black-colored Saturn four-door vehicle but was not present at the crash scene when law enforcement arrived. To this day, her whereabouts remain unknown. 
 

At the time of her disappearance, Maura was 21-years-old, 5'7" tall, 120-125 lbs, has light brown hair, green/blue eyes, has dimples on both of her cheeks, and a scar on her calf. Maura was a stand out student-athlete from Hanson, MA who ran track and she was a junior who was enrolled in the nursing program at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her incredibly loving and dedicated family continues to actively search for answers in an effort to find Maura.

It’s been twenty years since 21-year-old nursing student Maura Murray disappeared without a trace, yet countless questions remain, hundreds of theories circulate the internet, and her family continues to fight for resolution. 

 

Maura's mysterious disappearance is a story that’s been told hundreds of times by strangers, but absent in the stories you’ve heard are the voices of those who knew her best and those closest to the investigation - not anymore!

 

​In every episode, the goal is to cut out the noise and reveal who Maura really was with exclusive interviews, an in-depth look into the investigation efforts, and exploration of the impact on those left behind.
