Julianne Jaillet
On June 1, 1985, Julianne Jaillet vanished from her Bellevue, Washington, residence following an argument with her husband,
Ian Jaillet. According to Ian, Julianne stated she was leaving. When he returned home later, Julianne was gone, along with a suitcase and some personal belongings.
Weeks later, Julianne’s purse was reportedly discovered on a hotel lobby bench in Reno, Nevada. However, there were no records of her ever checking into the hotel, and security cameras did not capture her presence there.
Four decades has passed, and Julianne’s family is still without answers. Her daughter, who was just a child when Julianne disappeared, has never stopped searching for her mother. She firmly believes Julianne did not leave willingly and fears that Ian may have played a role in her disappearance. The pain of growing up without her mother has been compounded by the uncertainty of not knowing what happened, fueling her determination to find the truth.
Anyone with information is urged to call the Bellevue Police Department at 425-452-6917. Even the smallest detail could help Julianne’s daughter find the answers she has been seeking for decades.
